I. Product introduction:
ICS full electronic belt scale speed sensor is used to measure belt speed sensor, using advanced photoelectric conversion technology, can reliably and accurately convert belt speed into pulse frequency signal output.
Second, the working principle:
The speed sensor is usually installed on the upper part of the belt. The friction wheel of the speed sensor can rotate with the movement of the belt. The device outputs a series of pulses in the SD+ foot, and the output pulse frequency is proportional to the speed of the belt. The SD+ pin is an open collector, and the external 2K~10K ohm load resistor needs to be pulled up to +12V power supply when working.

Six, basic maintenance:
1. When cleaning the belt, do not direct the water column to the speed sensor to prevent water.
2. Check the speed sampling value of the weighing display instrument frequently. If there is any abnormality, check the output value of the SD+ pin of the speed sensor outlet line. If the SD+ pin has no pulse output when the friction wheel is rotating, remove the speed sensor and replace the photoelectric sensor.
