The second step is to put the steel ball
Install the sensor, put the steel ball and the pressure head, first put the bottom steel shot cushion force and then put the steel ball, the position of the steel ball should be vertical up and down (the steel sleeve on the pressure head and the sensor), the steel ball should be solid, can not rotate, it is necessary to fill the lower part of the gasket solid. The 10 sensor steel balls are also placed in the same way, and they are wired after being placed.
The third step is wiring
1. The wiring connection on the installation drawings is connected, and the wire of each sensor must pass from the waterproof connector outside the junction box to the circuit board in the junction box, and the waterproof connector must be tightened after passing.

Step 4: Debugging
1. The instrument is turned on to zero, under normal circumstances, the 50t export weighbridge has been installed and debugged in the factory, with a forklift that cannot be less than 4 tons to walk through each sensor, write down the instrument value, if consistent, there is no need to adjust the foot difference, if it is inconsistent, it will be adjusted according to the automatic angle difference adjustment on the instrument technical specification to adjust the foot difference to the same weight as the last 6 corners.
