Daily routine inspections and regular calibration of electronic belt scales are necessary to ensure that the belt scale is accurate and reliable. In the daily routine inspection, we should check the relevant parts on the electronic belt scale that affect the weighing accuracy, and focus on the main components of the key parts such as the load cell connection and the weighing roller on the weighing scale rack.

And regularly check and adjust the weighing roller and speed measuring roller to prevent the occurrence of sticky materials, poor contact with the belt, and slippage and deviation. In the daily inspection, it should be noted that the weighing bracket of the belt scale should not be pressed and stepped on to prevent damage to the weighing cell, and it is strictly forbidden to carry out welding operations on the weighing bracket.

Keeping the tension of the belt conveyor belt constant during the operation of the electronic belt scale is a reliable guarantee for the measurement accuracy of the belt scale. The accumulated material on the weighing scale frame of the electronic belt scale and the sticky matter on the belt should be checked and cleaned frequently to prevent the material from being stuck in the weighing rack and ensure that the load cell is under normal force.

At the same time, because the flexibility of the roller movement of the weighing scale frame of the electronic belt scale and the degree of radial runout directly affect the measurement accuracy of the electronic belt scale, it is necessary to check whether the weighing roller rotation is flexible frequently, and if the problem is found, it should be adjusted and lubricated in time, but it should be noted that after the weighing roller is adjusted and the lubricating oil is filled, the electronic belt scale needs to be recalibrated.

In addition, the roller of the electronic belt scale, especially the weighing roller, may cause the loss of the circle or the inflexible rotation of the roller for a long time, which will also cause the belt running resistance of the electronic belt scale to increase, resulting in the measurement deviation, in this case, the damaged roller must be replaced or repaired.

Because the weighing scale frame is susceptible to the mechanical injury of external force, the weighing scale frame of the electronic belt scale is deformed and causes the weighing force to change and cause the measurement deviation, because this measurement deviation is more obvious, and belongs to the sudden change, so it is easy to be found. As long as the damaged parts are replaced or restored in time, but the scale must be re-calibrated after the repair process is completed.
